Mitch is the General Counsel and Head of Consulting at Scalar Group, Inc, a leading business valuation firm for the venture capital and private equity community. Mitch has spent his entire professional career helping investment managers and management teams and entrepreneurs assess the value off their business ventures. Mitch has consulted with some of the world’s largest law firms, companies, regulators, and alternative investment funds.

Mitch was previously a Vice President for Duff & Phelps, a middle-market investment bank. He also has operating and investment experience with a publicly traded buy-out fund, a top-decile venture capital fund, and the corporate development group of a blue-chip technology company. Mitch holds a B.A., a J.D., and an MBA from Brigham Young University. Mitch and his wife Haley enjoy the chaos that comes with their five young children.
